Description: Learn to sew a beautiful Tote Bag. Your finished tote bag will be fully lined, have an internal zip pocket and a key fob. The pattern is available in three sizes and you can choose what size you want to make. Your tote will be finished with leather handles.
Skill level: Suitable for confident sewers. You should be able to sew accurate seams with confidence and have made several projects already. If you are unsure please get in touch.
Requirements: You’ll need the following fabric. Your outer fabric should be something sturdy such as denim, canvas or home furnishing weight. It you use a lighter fabric such as quilting cotton you will need fusible interfacing to stiffen it. For the lining and contrast fabric a quilting weight cotton would be ideal. You will get 10% off all supplies purchased in the shop.
Small: 0.5m outer // 0.35m lining // fat quarter constrast
Medium: 0.6m outer // 0.5m lining // fat quarter constrast
Large: 0.7m outer // 0.6m lining // fat quarter constrast
Included: swivel key clip, 18cm zip, handles and rivets

Light refreshments will be provided throughout the class. For full-day workshops, please bring a packed lunch or you can pop out to one of the cafes in town to buy something.
